My Space Registry operates this website. In this policy, “My Space Registry”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Space Registry.

We collect your email address, recipient details, personalisation content and (for physical orders) shipping address. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored by us.

We use your information to process orders, generate registrations, deliver certificates, send order and dispatch emails, and provide customer support. Registry pages display only registration details you choose to make public — never email addresses, phone numbers or billing details.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to understand website usage and measure advertising performance. These providers may receive limited device, browser and online activity information when you choose to accept analytics and marketing cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (such as Stripe for payments and our email delivery provider), and—with your consent—our analytics and advertising measurement providers.
