REFUND POLICY

Because digital certificates and registrations are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, digital orders are generally non-refundable once the certificate has been issued.

Physical packages include a digital certificate and registry entry that are generated and delivered immediately after payment. Once issued, the digital component of the order cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

If the physical items arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an appropriate replacement or remedy.

If you change your mind before the physical package has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. We may cancel the physical fulfilment component of the order where processing has not yet been completed; however, the digital certificate and registry component is not refundable once issued.

Once the physical package has been dispatched, change-of-mind cancellations are not available.

Contact our support team with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
