References to “My Space Registry”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to My Space Registry. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

All products are commemorative keepsakes recorded in a private registry. Moon and Mars registrations do not constitute legal ownership of extraterrestrial land or resources; astronomical dedications do not alter official scientific names or catalogue designations. Orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.

You are responsible for the accuracy of personalisation details submitted with your order, including recipient names and shipping addresses.

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Physical products are delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes for physical goods are estimates and not guarantees.

Certificates, registry records and registry content remain the property of MY SPACE REGISTRY. You may not reproduce registry materials for commercial purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
